Every bike is professionally assembled and inspected in our Port Elliot workshop before it leaves us.

Choose free collection and assembly in-store at our Port Elliot workshop, $100 flat-rate delivery direct to your door (including a pre-delivery inspection and follow-up video call to assist with final assembly), or $200 flat-rate delivery to your local bike shop, where a professional mechanic will complete the assembly and handover.

Because every bike deserves more than just being pulled from a box.

How does shipping work?

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse. Most orders are dispatched within 1ā€“2 business days and typically arrive within 3ā€“7 business days for metro areas, or 5ā€“10 business days for regional locations. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or for bulky items such as bicycles.

For bikes, you can also choose free collection and assembly in-store at our Port Elliot workshop. Shipping costs for delivery are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
